Mutashi is a seasoned entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the Road Traffic Safety, humanitarian, and commercial sectors. He is an active member of the Global Alliance of NGO’s for road safety Advocate in Switzerland Geneva, 2x Award winner of the Africa NGO’s leadership award in 2016 & 2017, contributor to the global fleet champions in the UK. Mutashi has vast study of road user behavior among vulnerable road users, he has led & contributed to monitoring & evaluating including international instructor, fleet led and traffic safety education within driving academies, Logistics and Automotive institutions and advanced methods for drivers, research to understand the needs to save lives.
In his role as a Traffic Safety Specialist/Executive Director, and personal investor in road safety, Mutashi leverages his extensive experience in designing and delivering training seminars, Health and safety at work programs, mentorships and consultancy programs to enhance localization and strengthen Traffic Safety industries across Africa. His efforts have been instrumental in advancing Traffic Safety capabilities and fostering industry growth in this critical sector.
With a deep-rooted passion for road Safety, Mutashi has worked on numerous high-profile projects, collaborating with governments and leading international Traffic Safety firms to deliver cutting-edge solutions. His strategic vision and hands-on approach have consistently driven excellence and innovation, making a significant impact on the global Traffic Safety landscape.
Over the years Mutashi work has been widely advocating on road safety, climate change in mobility in Kenya, Africa, Asia Pacific & the GCC countries where he has presented various international forums, trainings and workshops.
Beyond the Traffic Safety industry, Mutashi is committed to fostering emerging organization leaders through his involvement on multiple advisory boards. Additionally, Mutashi's philanthropic efforts, particularly his support for the Road Traffic victims, Program for Survivors and highlight his commitment to positively impacting the lives of road traffic victims.
