Psychometric testing is common place during the employment suitability process. Over a short period of 2 to 5 hours, we have a system that will help to determine if a driver has the skills to drive safely whilst utilising a company vehicle or their own on behalf of the company.
We report on the gaps and lapses that a driver may have as well as indicating the strengths that they bring to your business.
Another way to use the observations is by assessing a fleet driver and use the time to conduct refresher program as part of an existing and managed program.
